Whitney Johnson-Lessard: in a warm place by now

Waste textiles become paper, found pigments combined with traditional oil become color and relationships with plants become playful compositions that embody solutions to save the environment. The Peoria-based artist teaches art at Peoria Art Guild, Illinois Central College and Bradley University. This project is supported with Arts Dollars funds, provided by the Illinois Arts Council Agency, ArtsPartners of Central Illinois and Community Foundation of Central Illinois.

Art exhibits may also be viewed for no admission during regular business hours Tuesday-Saturday 11-5:00 and during some evening events with admission.
