Figure Drawing / Open Studio – Tues Afternoon

2:00-4:00pm (eight 2-hour sessions)

CAC Member: $75, Non-Member: $90
or drop-in with $15.00 fee per class
Artists are invited to draw or paint the figure from a live nude or clothed model. A monitor will direct the model to change poses and provide guidance, if desired. There is no instruction, but students are encouraged to seek advice from others in the class. Students must bring their own supplies and materials. Easels for sitting and standing will be provided, but artists may bring their own supports also.
To confirm that the class will proceed as planned, a minimum of 4 member students must register by Jan 14. Once we have received the minimum required students, we will seek payment. All students (those planning to drop in also) must register. Space may be limited and drop ins may not be possible if the class is full of those who have committed to the
full 8 weeks.
Class location: Contemporary Art Center of Peoria, 305 SW Water St., Peoria, IL 61602 in the new 3rd floor classroom.
