Argentine Tango is characterized by improvisation, with the focus on playing off of the music, as well as the chemistry between the dance partners. This ballroom classic originated in Buenos Aires, Argentina in the late 19th century and now is danced all over the world.
About the instructor: Francisco Pallejá is a dance instructor and the director of his own academy, Dance Troupe, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Francisco’s goal is to teach from a technical perspective but also through motivation in a fun environment. Palleja enjoys sharing the cultural and historical aspects of the dance and his city, which gave rise to one of the most iconic dances.
Students may register via the button to the right, over the phone or come in during an event or during business hours: Tuesday-Saturday, 11-5:00.
